Mr. Kailas Jadhav observed school and discussed with HM  regarding the IBT progress in the school. After discussion HM said, School wants to develop Agri land for that we need guidance of  Mr. Ranjit Shanbag, Vigyan Ashram. Mr. Jadhav suggested them that agri. Instructor can take  two days training at Pabal. Now they have filled one vermicompost bed.
Action Plan for Agri section :
After repairing of Poly-house, to bring 6 brace soil for preparing bed.
To plant sweet corn, it can use for sale as well as fodder.

शाळेला भेट देऊन शाळेतील मुख्याध्यापक, समन्वयक व सर्व निदेशक यांच्याशी IBT बाबतची चर्चा करण्यात आली. सन२०१०-११ च्या नियोजनानुसार शाळेमध्ये खालील कामे झालेली आहे.
शेती:   विद्यार्थीनी शाळेमध्ये चिक्कू-१५, पेरु-२०, लिंबू-१४ व शिताफ़ळ-११ अशी एकूण ६० झाडांची लागवड केली.२५ गुंठे जागेत मक्याची लागवड करण्यात आली. तसेच मिरची व कांदा रोपाची लागवड करण्यात आली. त्या पिकांना फ़वारणी, खुरपणी, व खताची मात्रा दिली आता पिक उत्तम आहे.२० किलो मिरची ची विक्री केली. Revenue-700/-. ७ गुंठे जागेत भाताचे पिक घेतले उत्पन्न=१ क्विंटल -३०००.
गृह आरोग्य: दिवाळीनिमित्त या विभागात पणत्या-४००, उटणे-७० पुडया, सेंट व लिक्वीड सोफ़ तयार केले. तसेच ६ आकाशकंदील तयार करुन विक्री केली. एकूण खर्च =१४००, मिळाले=८००.
उर्जा पर्यावरण: विद्यार्थीनी ५३ LED Battery तयार करुन विक्री केल्या. Cost-1800, Revenue-2100. तसेच संगणक विभागाची फ़िटींग केली. Cost-1200, Revenue-1500.
अभियांत्रिकी: या विभागात सांडपाण्याची नालीचे बांधकाम केले. शाळेसाठी २ चप्पल Stand तयार केले.Cost-४००
पुढील नियोजन:  
१) पॉलीहाऊस मध्ये टोमाटो, वांगी, मिरची रोपे तयार करणे. 

२) गांडूळ खत बेड भरणे.३) मेथी पिक घेणे. ४) तयार केलेली पिके लागवड करणे.

५) कांदा पिक काढणी करणे. ६) प्रयोगशाळेतील  लाईट फ़िटींग करणे.

Mr. Kailas Jadhav visited to school and met to Mrs. Zambre, HM, Coordinator and Instructors of all IBT sections and discussed about IBT sustainability. Then they plan for IBT program academic year 2010-11 and Mr. Jadhav suggested them how to increase community services, giving another IBT schools example.
Fees: Fees for 8th & 9th class is Rs.10/ per student per month and 10th class students' fees are Rs. 60/ student.
School is trying for fund raising for IBT program from local leaders.

Planing for community work :

• To grow plants in nursery
• To build poultry shed and to keep 100 birds and sale it
• To make tooth power and sale it
• To make phynile , 100Kg  chikki, 50Kg Nankatai, 1Ltr. Anwala oil and sale it
• To organize blood group testing camp in different schools
• To prepare 300 Pcs of switch boards and sale it
• To do earthing and electricity fitting in villagers' house and to repair electric appliances.
• To prepare Table, Chair, Stool, Stand, Teapoy, candle stand, Grill & Rack in Engg section as well as to build poultry shed for Agri & animal husbandry section.

Proble : Agri farm is under Gurukul hence now they do not take any crop in farm.

२३ डिसेंबर २०१० 
कैलास जाधव व विशाल जगताप यांनी माध्यमिक शाळा, पाल शाळेस भेट देऊन तेथील मा. आमदार श्री. शिरीषदादा यांच्या सोबत IBT बाबत चर्चा केली.
अभियांत्रिकी: तिवई ४तयार केल्या. डेस्क १ तयार केले. सिलिंडर Trolly २ तसेच धान्य कोठी Stand १ तयार केले.१९०० रु ची कामे झाली व या कमात ४३० रु नफ़ा मिळाला.
गृह व आरोग्य: पंत्या तयार केल्या. चिक्की, नानकटाई, खोबरा लाडू, तयार केले. ढोकळा तसेच इडली तयार केली. यातून ५०० रु नफ़ा मिळवला.
शेतीपशूपालन: गुलाब, चंदन, वड रोपे तयार केली.
ऊर्जापर्यावरण: वस्ती गृहाची लाईट फ़िटींग केली.बोर्ड तयार करणे काम चालू आहे.
पुढील नियोजन:  

1. लिक्वीड सोप व सेंट तयार करणे.
2. मांडणी तयार करणे.
3. बोर्ड तयार करुन देणे.
