Meeting with Head Master, All teachers, Instructors and Secretary Fee collection is not possible in the school
Planning for year 2010/11
- Fee collection for IBT is not possible hence school going increase their school fee by 100 rupees.
- School going to arrange half acre land for the Agriculture
- Secretory having two wormy-compost bed at home, he allowed to use one bed for the IBT purpose
- Plantation of 25 mango trees
- Plantation of Shevaga and Anvala

Mr. Kailas Jadhav visited to School and he observed some of practicals and community work is completed which had given in last visit.Agri: IBT Students purchased 20 plants of Ratna Mango of Rs. 150/plant. They dig pits for plantation using JCB but plants till not planted because of heavy rain. They planted 25 plants of "Shevaga" but it is not grown due to heavy rain. They prepared 3 Gunthe farm for plantation. They planted Marigold plant in front of school. They done rain water harvesting and store water in a big tank. They grown 16000 Tamarind plants in the school campus, all expenses paid by Govt. under their project "Samajik Vanikaran". Now 5000 plants are remaining, they will give it to govt. and Govt. will distribute these plants in villages for plantation.
Engg: Students prepared two tank (like dustbins) one for wet garbage and one for dry garbage. These tanks (dustbins) made for school. Now students are preparing grill & door for school.

कुमार बिल्डर्स फ़ाउंडेशन तर्फ़े घेण्यात आलेल्या 'गुणवत्ता विकस योजने' अंतर्गत भिवडी शाळेने २१०००/- रु. पारितोषिकासह प्रथम क्रमांक पटकाविला आहे. Vigyan Ashram वतीने श्री. कैलास जाधव यांनी शाळेचे अभिनंदन केले.
Mr. Kailas Jadhav handover IBT meeting invitation letter to sanstha's President and discussed with Coordinators and Instructors about their practical, theory and community services and he suggested them to put up IBT stall in the school campus on an event of Taluka level sports competition in a School ( Food products for stall are Namkin, Chikki, Biscuits, salted beans). Now they have planted Marigold and medicinal plants in 2 gunthe area. School has prepared 5 gunthe land for plantation of coriander crop. Now students are completing their wormy compost project and they have planted 20 Mango (Ratna) plants.

शाळेमध्ये क्रीडा स्पर्धा आयोजित करण्यात आल्या होत्या त्यावेळी इयत्ता १० वी च्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी स्टॉल उभारला त्यामध्ये फ़ुटाणे, फ़रसाण, चिक्की, इ. तयार करुन विक्री केली, खर्च 1600 विक्रीतून 3200 नफ़ा मिळाला. खाद्य पदार्थ विक्री करुन जो नफ़ा मिळाला आहे त्यामुळे निदेशकांमध्ये उत्साह निर्माण झाला आहे. मार्गदर्शनामुळे त्यांना फ़ायदा झाला आहे. शाळेमध्ये पालक मिटींग आयोजित करण्यात येणार आहे. IBT साठी इतर व्यक्तींकडून अनुदान मिळविण्यासाठी प्रयत्न चालु आहेत.
Agri Section : Lack of rain they have not any crop in their Agri field, now they have decided to take a crop of Chilli. They have purchased bag for wormy-compost. Mr. Jadhav suggest them to plant chilli and ladyfinger.
E&E Section : This section have single phase connection. कृषि औद्योगिक विद्यालय चांबळी या ठीकाणी जाऊन विद्यालयाची लाइट फ़िटींग १० वी च्या प्रोजेक्ट अंतर्गत करुन दिली. They charged 400/- Rs. for this community service.
Engg. section : Instructor has prepared one door for Mr. Anant Khomane, villager. This work done under IBT program students also help in that.

मागील कामाबाबत निदेशक व समन्वयक यांच्या सोबत चर्चा केली व दिवाळी पूर्वीचे नियोजन केले.
अभियांत्रिकी: १) गावातील दोन शेतक-यांच्या पोल्ट्री शेडमध्ये बॅरलच्या शेगड्या तयार करुन दिल्या. लाईट गेल्या नंतर कोंबड्यांना (पिलांना) उब मिळण्यासाठी हा प्रयोग केला व तो चांगल्या पद्धतीने वापरता येतो. मागील वर्षात दोन बॅलर पासून शेगड्या करुन दिल्या होत्या. त्याच शेतक-याने त्याचा उपयोग चांगला होतो असे सांगितले व या वर्षात पुन्हा एक शेगडी तयार करुन घेतली. शेतक-याचे नाव: श्री.खोमने सनी. २ शेगड्या खर्च रु.२०००/- आणि मजूरी रु.६००/- व विक्री किंमत रु.२६००/-.
२) देवीचा घट स्थापणेसाठी एक स्टॅंड तयार करुन दिले.cost of Rs. 700/- . श्री. जालिंदर शिंदे यांची एक लोखंडी पाभार वेल्डींग करुन दिली मजूरी रु.३०/-
उर्जा पर्यावरण : १) थ्री फ़ेज कनेक्शन वरुन सिंगल फ़ेज कनेक्शन नविन शाळेत जोडले व फ़ीटींग केली. २) लाईट ची एक माळ तयार केली.
शेती पशुपालन: मिरची लागवड पूर्ण झाली. भेंडी व दोडका लावणी चालु आहे. गांडूळ खत बेड खरेदी केले आहे या वेळी ते भरण्याचे काम पूर्ण होणार आहे. मैदानातील गवत कापून बेडमध्ये भरण्यास सुचवले.
गृह आरोग्य: फ़िनेल १३ लि. तयार करुन विक्री केली revenue Rs.210/- शेंगदाणा चिक्की विक्री रु.१३०/-
पुढील नियोजन: पेढा व सेंट तयार करुन विक्री करणे.
फ़ी शिल्लक रु.२३४००/-

गृह आरोग्य: पणती व सेंट तयार करुन विक्री केल्या.revenue Rs.675/-. निदेशकांनी सेंट तयार करुन 30ML च्या 18 Bottle विक्री केल्या. revenue Rs.900/-.
शेती पशुपालन: गांडूळखत बेडसाठी शेड तयार करुन ५०% बेड भरुन झाले आहे. मिरची च्या रोपातील गवत काढले. झेंडूच्या फ़ुलांची विक्री केली revenue Rs.65/. झाडांना बोडोपेस्ट तयार करुन लावले.
पुढील नियोजन: १) IBT ची फ़ी जमा करणे. २) अभियांत्रिकी विभागात एक दरवाजा करुन देणार आहे.
३) शाळेत पोल्ट्री शेड उभारण्यात येणार आहे त्यासाठी लागणारी लोखंडी जाळी Vigyan Ashram कडून मदत मागितली आहे.

मागील कामाबाबत निदेशक व समन्वयक यांच्या सोबत चर्चा केली. गृह आरोग्य: 20 लिटर फ़िनेल व खाद्यपदार्थ तयार करुन विक्री केली. revenue Rs.४९५/-.
शेती पशुपालन: मिरची पिकाला पाणी दिले. मिरची च्या रोपातील गवत काढले. झेंडूच्या फ़ुलांची विक्री केली revenue Rs.११०/. झाडांना बोडोपेस्ट तयार करुन लावले.
अभियांत्रिकी: दरवाजा तयार करणे काम चालू आहे.
पुढील नियोजन: १) गांडूळखताची बेड भरणे व त्यावर जाळी बांधणे. २) अभियांत्रिकी विभागात एक दरवाजा करुन देणार आहे. ३) मिरची व फ़ुलांची विक्री करणे. ४) LED battery तयार करुन विक्री करणे. ५)गोणीचा वनराई बंधारा बांधणे.
