Mr. Kailas Jadhav Visit
Meeting with HM Bhosale and Mr. Bhagat secretery.
Regular fee collection Rs. 300/- per year
Planning for year 2010/11:
Nursery is ready in the school, seedlings are ready, Plantation in a week.

Mr. Kailas Jadhav met to HM and discuss about last meeting , progress in community services, EWB's students will visit to school as well as Students' fees. IBT students have collected Rs. 900/- and this amount will transfer on school's IBT account. HM said, school will be run IBT program from next year on fees and IBT community services. Students practicals and projects are well going on.16 Aug 2010
Last meeting review taken by Mr. Kailas Jadhav. In the last meeting he discussed with President of the Sanstha related to IBT program and its sustainability plan. This time Mr. JAdhav discussed with HM and Sanstha's President again on IBT sustainability plan. Then Mr. Jadhav discussed with IBT Instructors and they share their ideas to improve community service, like * To start IBT ' Food Center' and sale food products ( चिक्की, नानकटाइ, खारेदाणे, फ़ुटाणे, बटाटावडा, चहा, गुलाबजाम, इ.). HM and Sanstha's President will help for IBT Food Center.
Due to lack of rain there is problem of water supply and hence, Agri section is not able to grow any crop in their field.
Happenings :
- Now fees contribution is going on, seven students have paid their fees for this academic year of Rs. 2100/-.
- E&E : IBT students done electricity fitting of the School under guidance of Instructor.
- Engg : This section's students prepared gate for school.
Review of last visit- During June- Aug students done community services under their practical and project. त्याच बरोबर विद्यार्थ्यांनी फ़ी जमा केली , एकूण फ़ी रु. २४००/-
H&H Section : They have made food products and sold it like, 26.5 Kg Coconut chikki and "Shengdane chikki", 21.5 Kg. Nankatai, 7.5 Kg. Gulabjam, 1.5 Kg. Biscuit Barfi. Mrs.Rokade Madam, Instructor has done pico and fall for 24 blouses and 22 Saries. Cost of all community services of Rs.3875/- and revenue of Rs. 8210/-
E&E section : Students done electricity fitting in staff room. Panel box, school borewell and villager's mixer repaired by students, they have changed supply wire of welding machine. They also have purchased raw material for mixer from market and prepared new mixer. Cost of all community services is of Rs.3530/- and generate revenue of Rs. 5950/-
Engg. Section : Students have prepared one gate and Steel frame for school. They have prepared 6 pcs Grill, repaired 6 benches and done construction. cost for community service of Rs. 7000/- and generate revenue of Rs. 8750/-
Agri Section: School has appointed new Instructor for this section. He conduct practical. शेती विभागामधुन गांडुळखत प्रकल्प विद्यार्थ्यांच्या घरी करण्यासाठी दिला आहे.

शाळेचे मुख्याध्यापक, समन्वयक, सर्व निदेशक व Field Officer यांच्याशी IBT स्वयंमपुर्णते बाबत ची चर्चा करण्यात आली. यामध्ये मागील ठरलेली कामे, झालेली कामे तसेच पुढील कामाचे नियोजन करण्यात आले.
गृह व आरोग्य: विद्यार्थींनी ४ पंजाबी ड्रेस व १५ ब्लाऊज शिवले. नानकटाई ५ किलो, गुलाब जाम १.५ किलो तयार केले. एकूण खर्च ४१२/- जमा १९६०/-
आभियांत्रिकी: निदेशकांनी गावातील एक पत्र्याचे शेड तयार करुन दिले. विद्यार्थींनी श्री मोहीते पोस्टमन यांचे वेल्डींगचे काम करुन दिले त्यात त्यांना ३००/- मिळाले. शाळेतील एक ग्रिल तयार करुन दिली revenue of Rs. ५२५/-. शाळेतील १३ खिडकींना पत्रा बसविला. एकूण खर्च २५००/- मजूरी ४००/-
उर्जा पर्यावरण: IBT च्या विद्यार्थींनी शाळेतील Office मध्ये लाईट फ़िटींग करुन दिली. इ.१०वी (अ) वर्गातील लाईट फ़िटींग केली.खर्च १७००/- मजूरीसह २०००/-.
पुढील नियोजन:
गृह व आरोग्य:१) शाळेमध्ये क्रिडा स्पर्धा असल्यामुळे खाद्यपदार्थ स्टॉल उभारणे. २) शाळेतील ५० विद्यार्थींचे रक्तगट तपासणे. ३) ताटावरील ६० रुमाल तयार करुन देणे.
आभियांत्रिकी: १) शाळेसाठी कचरा कुंडी तयार करणे.( फ़ेरोसिमेंट पासून )
उर्जा पर्यावरण: १) गावातील लाईट फ़िटींगचे काम करुन देणे. २) शाळेतील नवीन इमारती मधील ६ रुमची फ़िटींग करुन देणे.
शेती पशूपालन: १) गांडूळ खत तयार करणे. २) मिरची व वांगी रोपे तयार करणे.
फ़ी जमा- ३१००/- .

शाळेचे समन्वयक, सर्व निदेशक यांच्याशी ची चर्चा करण्यात आली. यामध्ये झालेली कामे तसेच पुढील कामाचे नियोजन करण्यात आले.
गृह व आरोग्य: शाळेत क्रिडा स्पर्धा असल्यामुळे विद्यार्थींनी नानकटाई ८ किलो, गुलाब जाम ३.५ किलो, चिक्की ३८.५, खोबर बर्फ़ी २ किलो विक्री केली. ताटावरील रुमाल तयार केले ( ६० नग ) सेंट तयार करुन विक्री केले Cost-6147, Revenue- 13501.
आभियांत्रिकी: विद्यार्थींनी शाळेतील खिडक्याचे सहा ग्रिल तयार केले. १७ खिडक्यांना पत्रा बसविला. एक लोखंडी चौकट तयार केली. नवीन इमारतीसाठी दोन गेट तयार केले. चप्प्ल Stand तयार केले.८ Bench दुरुस्त केले.गावातील वेल्डींगची कामे करुन दिली.उदा. बैलगाडी वेल्डींग, रिक्षा वेल्डींग. एकूण खर्च-१०५००, मिळाले-१२५५०.
उर्जा पर्यावरण: IBT च्या विद्यार्थींनी शाळेतील ३ रुमची फ़िटींग केली. इ.१०वी प्रोजेक्ट पॅनल Box दुरुस्ती केली. शाळेतील स्टेट लाईट बसविली. मुलांनी गावात जाऊन शोषखड्डे व अर्थिंग करुन दिली. शाळेत सह फ़ळे बसविले.Cost-4580, Revenue- 6480.
पुढील नियोजन:
१) कचरा कुडीं तयार करणे.
२) डेस्क तयार करणे.
३) नवीन शाळेतील ६ रुमची फ़िटींग करणे..
४) स्क्रीन पेन्टींग करणे.
५) निरगुडी तेल, तिळ चिक्की व खोबरा चिक्की तयार करणे.
