IBT Meeting organized at school: Mr. Vikas lavande, Mr. Pansare, HM, Mr. Darekar, Coordinator, Instructors of IBT sections attained this meeting.
They discussed plan for Academic year 2010-11 according to Vigyan Ashram letter. Mr. Jadhav told stories of other schools' activities and given guidance for which IBT activities they can do in their school.
Action Plan :
Engg: Villagers' shade construction, use of schools' machinery
E&E: Electricity fitting and repairing work, help to H&H section
H&H: To Start Stationery store for students, to organize blood group camp.
Agri: Plantation of 300 plants, preparation of land, to prepare 1000kg earthworm mannure.
Mr. Phadake and Mr. Shitole, Businessman given material expenses (donation) for two rooms (12x12sqft) and this room construction work is doing under IBT community service with the help of school's staff . Students participate in this activity on their IBT days.

Mr. Jadhav Discussed with Mr. Pansare, IBT coordinator and all Instructors. They taken review of community work.
Agri : Nursery construction is completed and sown in 50 gm Jwala chili seeds and it is growing well. Under 10th class project they sown fenugreek (Methi) seeds and it is also growing well.
Mr. Santosh Shinde's JCB use for digging pits for plantation, school give diesel expenses for JCB. 700 pits will dig and 200 plants of Custard apple will get from Mr. Vitthal Wagh. Tamarind, Myrobalan, Neem, Ashoka, Karanj plants will get from forest department (Wanrai), plantation of all plants will be completed in August. Borewell taste taken it gives water for 40 minutes.
E&E: Students will prepare 40 Echo-friendly water heater in this section, hence they purchased 40 cans and this water heater will fitted at students home. LAHI helped for this activity.
H&H: 8th & 9th standards' Workbook sold under IBT community work they got 10% profit on total sale.

Review of last visit and discussion and planing with HM, Coordinator, and IBT Instructors.
Engg. Section : Mr. Sharad Lawande's poultry shed construction work is completed . Instructor had taken contract of poultry shed construction and he had charged for this community service of Rs. 5000/- and he has given Rs.700/- to school because he had used school's welding machine for welding.१०वीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांच्या IBT project अंतर्गत श्री. जगताप सर यांच्या घरी जाऊन शौचालयाच्या टाकीसाठी फ़ेरोसिमेंटचे झाकण तयार करुण बसवले व बाजुचे बांधकाम केले. शाळेतील एका रुमवर पत्रा बसविला.
Agri Section : वनराई अंतर्गत शाळेला ५७० रोपे मिळाली ती शाळेने लागवड केली. मिरची लागवड कमी प्रमाणात केली आहे. शेती विभागाचे निदेशक श्री. थोरात हे सेंद्रीय शेती प्रशिक्षणासाठी 25-27 Sept. 2010 रोजी गुजरात येथे जाणार आहे.ग्राम परिवर्तन मार्फ़त प्रशिक्षणाची सोय केली आहे.
E&E Section : Students have fitted 12pcs solar water heater in the village and charged for service of Rs.200 per piece.
H&H Section : Students have prepared key hanger using wool and they have sold it of Rs. 400/- शाळेत रॉकेल मिळत नव्हते, त्यासाठी उपाय म्हणून गॅस कनेक्शन घ्यावयाचे ठरले आहे. त्यासाठी येणारा खर्च हा गृह आरोग्य विभागातील community services मधुन व काही मिळणा-या निधी मधून करण्याचे ठरविले आहे. शाळेतील दुपारचे जेवण (Midday meal for students)गृह आरोग्य विभाग करुण देणार ते पैसे IBT A/C मध्ये जमा करणार आहेत.

सर्व निदेशक व मुख्याध्यापक यांच्याशी मागील महीण्यातील कामाबाबत चर्चा करण्यात आली. त्यानुसार नवीन कामाचे नियोजन केले व काही कामे सुचविली. शेती पशुपालन : निदेशक सेंद्रीय शेती बाबत प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केले. १) पावटा(वाल) १किलो बी, ज्वाला मिरचीचे रोपे ३.५ गुंठे जाग्यात लावण्यात आले.
नियोजन: ट्रे मध्ये टोमॅटोची रोपे तयार करणे व शेतक-यांना विकणे. शेताला काटेरी कुंपण करणे, गांडूळ खत एक बेड भरणे.

H&H: Mr. Jadhav suggested to Students for to prepare Mobile case.
Engg: Students have repaired windows. They have prepared grill ferrocement sheet and done construction revenue of Rs. 1150/- . Plan: To prepare Windows and to fit doors.

मागील कामाचा आढावा व पुढील कामाचे नियोजन केले.
4 Dec.2010 रोजी शाळेत ’मानवसेवा फ़ाऊंडेशन’ कोरेगावभिमा याच्या वतीने रक्तगट व हीमोग्लोबीन तपासणी शिबीर आयोजित केले होते. यामध्ये ८ते१०वी चे ८५ विद्यार्थी व १० शिक्षक यांनी तपासणी करुन घेतली. याकार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन मुख्याध्यापक व गृह - आरोग्य विभागाच्या निदेशिका यांनी केले होते.
शाळेत IBT साठी गॅस कनेक्शन घेतले आहे. दुपारचा भात बनवण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. शेतीमधील विद्यार्थ्यांनी गांडूळ खतासाठी बेड भरला आहे. सर्व झाडांना (उसाचे पाचट) याचे मलचिंग केले. IBT विद्यार्थ्यांनी गोणीचा बंधारा बांधला आहे, या बंधा-यासाठी ३०० गोणींचा वापर करण्यात आला. शाळेतील एका रुमचे बांधकाम झाले आहे.
उर्जा - पर्यावरण विभागातंर्गत हिंगणगाव परिसरात ३४ Eco-friendly water heater बसवून देण्याचे काम पूर्ण झाले. जवळच्या गावातील काही शिक्षक व मुख्याध्यापक यांनी शाळेला भेट दिली IBT प्रकल्पांतर्गत त्यांना Eco-friendly water heater चा प्रयोग आवडला त्यांनी ५ Eco-friendly water heater हिंगणगावच्या शाळेच्या मार्गदर्शणातून तयार केले आहे. सोलापूर मध्ये अंबी माध्यमिक शाळा यांनी ६ Eco-friendly water heater बसविले आहे. अशा प्रकारे आता पर्यंत ४५ Eco-friendly water heater तयार करुन दिले.
पुढील नियोजन: गांडूळ खत बेड भरणे, मिरची व शेवगा रोपे तयार करणे त्यासाठी बी आणून दिले आहे.
