Kailas Jadhav Visit
Meeting in School: Kailas Jadhav, HM Bombale Sir, Secretary Gorade Sir and 4 instructors.
Problems:
Collection of fee from all students is not Possible
Students strength is less (100 students for 8th to 10th) for this year
Planning For Year 2010/11
- School arrange 4 acre land for the IBT purpose
- In that land they are planning to grow- Marigold, Shevaga (200), Maize, Potato, Bottle Gourd (Bhopala), Ridge Gourd (Dodaka) and Bitter Gourd (Karale).
- Poultry cage is ready in the school but because of rain it is not possible to take a batch. During winter it is possible to take 3 batches.
- To construct Nursery and prepare seedlings of Onion, Tomato, Brinjal, Chili etc.
Mr. Kailas Jadhav, IBT Manager discussed with Mr. Gawade, Secretary and HM about IBT sustainability plan and activities for academic year 2010-11 and handover letter of Vigyan Ashram which is regarding to HM meeting which was hold at Pune. After this discussion they signed MOU for AY 2010-11.

Mr. Kailas Jadhav visited school and noticed his observation. He met HM and IBT staff of the school and discuss about their growth and their problems in IBT program and how utilize remaining space of farm. Mr. Jadhav suggested them to plant Papaya and Shewaga.Agri : All are interestingly take part in new activities. They use 2 Acre area for agricultural activities. They grown Marigold plant in 22 Gunthe area, Gourd planted in 28 gunthe area and it is growing well, Jawar crop take in 30 gunthe area (It is specially for cattle feed) they will sale it, Sweet corn planted as inter crop in bottle gourd crop.
Engg : Students done construction of drinking water tank for school.

Mr. Kailas Jadhav has taken review of last meeting and action plan.
Engg : In this section students prepared 100 bricks. School has got G.I. sheet for construction of Engg. section room from Vigyan Ashram. They have constructed water tank in the school, size of this tank 6 x 3 x 3ft and 1450ltr capacity.
Agri : Pesticides sprayed on bottle gourd crop cost of Rs.240/- This crop is growing well. They have planted 50 Kg Jawar crop and sprayed Urea.
झेंडू पिकातील गवत काढले आहे. १२१ नग शेवगा रोपे तयार केली आहेत. गांडूळ खताचे दोन बेड भरले आहे.
विशाल जगताप यांनी माती परिक्षणाचे प्रात्यक्षिक घेतले.

मागील कामाचा आढावा व मुख्याध्यापकांशी चर्चा करण्यात आली. काही निरीक्षणे पुढील प्रमाणे: इ. १० वी विद्यार्थ्यांचे project लिखाणाचे काम चालु आहे.
१) भोपळा पिकाच्या ५ तोडण्या केल्या एकूण ७७८ किलो. भोपळा मिळाला खर्च रु. १३१४/- विक्री रु. १९५६/-
२) झेंडू पिकाला खर्च रु.२४०/- (बी) विक्रीतून रु.१५०/- मिळाले.
३) मका ८०किलो विक्री केली रु. ४३२/- मिळले खर्च रु. ७२५/- झाला. ताटे विक्री करणे बाकी आहे.
४) शेवगा रोपे तयार केली होती ती मुलांना घरी लावण्यासाठी देण्यात आली.
५) ज्वारी विक्री करणे आहे.
सर्व पिके घेताना खर्च जास्त होतो त्यानुसार एक पिक घेण्याचे ठरविले आहे. उस लागवड करण्याचे ठरविले आहे. पुढील नियोजनामध्ये शेतीची मशागत करुन उस लागवडीची तयारी करणे आहे.
अभियांत्रिकी : रुम बांधकाम चालु आहे.
उर्जा पर्यावरण: शाळेत साऊंड सिस्टम बसवून देणार आहे. गृह आरोग्य विभागामध्ये लोकोपयोगी सेवा वाढविण्याबाबत चर्चा झाली.
फ़ी: आता पर्यंत रु. ६८००/- फ़ी जमा झाली. शिल्लक रु.४३३४३/-

मुख्याध्यापक सोबत मागील कामाचा आढावा घेतला व पुढील कामाचे नियोजन केले मागील Report ची पाहणी Website केली.
१) विठठल गावडे यांच्या घरी जाऊन इ. १० वी च्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी लाईट फ़िटींग करून दिली खर्च रु. ११२५/- मजूरी ३००/- मिळाली.
२) उस लागवडी साठी शेतीची नांगरणी केली व ४ Tractor शेणखत आणून टाकले. खर्च रु. ८०००/-
३) विद्यार्थ्यांनी तयार झालेले गांडूळ खत चाळून घेतले. ( ५००Kg )
४) शेतातील ज्वारीचे कडवळ विक्री केली. त्यातून २०००/- मिळाले.
५) अभियांत्रिकी मध्ये भिंतीचे बांधकाम केले.
६) Home & Heath या विभागात इ. १० वी च्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी १ किलो खारे शेंगदाणे व १.५ चिक्की बनवून त्याची विक्री केली.
पुढील नियोजन:
१) Sound System बनविणे.
२) २५ साड्यांना पिको करुन देणे.
३) खाद्यपदार्थ तयार करुन विक्री करणे.
४) फ़ेरोसिमेंट तयार करणे ( टाकीचे झाकण ).
५) नर्सरी दुरुस्ती करुन घेणे व ५०% नेट टाकणे.
६) नर्सरीसाठी पुर्व तयारी करणे - ( रोपे, वांगी, टोमाटो )
२४००/- फ़ी जमा झाली.

मुख्याध्यापक सोबत मागील कामाचा आढावा घेतला व पुढील कामाचे नियोजन केले.
शेती: IBT मार्फ़त शेतामध्ये उस लावण्याचे ठरविले होते ते काम पुर्ण करण्यात आले. शेतात ४ Tractor शेण टाकण्यात आले.९७ गुंठे शेतावर उस लावण्यात आला. या कामात ८६०३२/- खर्च झाले. तयार केलेले गांडूळखत शेतात वापरले.
अभियांत्रिकी :फ़ेरोसिमेंन्ट पासून १ टाकीचे झाकण तयार केले खर्च ५५०/-. साहित्य ठेवण्यासाठी १ कपाट तयार केले खर्च २५००/-
गृह आरोग्य: विद्यार्थ्यांनी नानकटाई १ किलो तसेच लिंबू लोणचे १ किलो तयार केले.मोबाईल कव्हर २ तयार केले. १२ साडयांना पिको करुन दिले Cost-225/-, Revenue-330/-.
पुढील नियोजन:
१) ऊसाला पाणी देणे. शेतामध्ये तणनाशक फ़वारणी करणे.
२) गांडूळखत शेतात टाकणे.
३) Workshop रुम ला ग्रील बसविणे.
४) Sound System बसविणे.
५) १३ साड्यांना पिको करणे, ४ नग मोबाईल कव्हर बनविने.
