In this visit Kailas Jadhav having discussion with HM, Coordinator and Instructors about sustainability.

Sustainability Planning for year 2010/11
- To prepare seedlings of Onion, Chilly, Tomato and Drumsticks (100)
- Vermicompost (20 bags)
- Poultry (100 Birds)
- Compound to School (Revenue Will be around Rs. 5000/- for IBT)
- To make Rakhis on Rakshabandhan (Revenue will be around Rs.1000/-)
- To prepare and Sell 50 liters of Phenyl
Mr. Kailas Jadhav visited to school and followings are his observation in the school-
Agri: They done bore-well water testing, prepared 2 gunthe area for farming, nursery construction work is going on, earthworm manure bed repaired and they brought one bullock cart of cow dung manure. Students had got seeds and bags from school, they sown these seeds and grown 800 plants at their home. These plants are Custard apple, Tamarind, Neem, plum, lead tree (Subabul) and these plants will be planted on 15th Aug. in the school campus and village.
Engg : Construction of new room is in progress, walls are completed and shed will construct by IBT students.

Following points were discussed in meeting with Mr. Kanchan Sir, HM, Coordinator and Instructors.
On an occasion of Independence day Students planted 1200 plants and they will grow 5000 plants for 'Vanrai'. They will put up IBT stall in the school campus on an event of Taluka level sports competition in the school.
Agri section's students have filled two beds of vermicompost.
Engg section 9th class students were painting new constructed class rooms. Construction of poultry shed is in progress. They have completed school compound.
H&H sections' students prepared Rakhis cost of Rs.500/- and generate revenue of Rs.1035/- from this community work.

या शाळाभेटीमध्ये मागील कामाचा आढावा घेतला. समन्वयक व निदेशक यांच्या सोबत पुढील कामाचे नियोजन केले.
१) शाळेत IBT अंतर्गत शालेय उपयोगी वस्तू व खाद्य पदार्थ विक्री केंद्र सुरु करण्याचे ठरविले आहे.त्याची पूर्ण जबाबदारी समन्वयक श्री. लांडे सर यांनी घेतली आहे. याबाबत फ़ोनवर मुख्याध्यापकांशी चर्चा करण्यात आली
२) शाळेत पाण्याअभावी शेतात काही उत्पादन घेता आले नाही. श्री. एल. बी. कुजीर इजिनिअर यांनी शाळेसाठी पाईप लाईन व मोटार दिली आहे. पाईप लाईन खोद काम चालु आहे. (६५० फ़ूट पाईप लाईन करणार). शाळेत पाणी उपलब्ध झाल्या नंतर मिरची, मेथी, झेंडू व कांद्याची रोपे तयार करणार आहेत.
३) शाळेमध्ये क्रीडा स्पर्धा आयोजित करण्यात आल्या होत्या त्यावेळी इयत्ता १० वी च्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी स्टॉल उभारला त्यामध्ये वडापाव तयार करुन विक्री केली, खर्च २५० विक्रीतून ६६१ नफ़ा मिळाला. रक्षाबंधना निमीत्त राख्या, मेहंदी कोन व चिक्की तयार करुन विक्री केली त्याच बरोबर फ़ीनेल तयार करुन शाळेला विकले. सर्व समाजोपयोगी कार्यातून १५०२/- रु नफ़ा मिळाला आणि ८८५/- रु खर्च झाला.
४) अभियांत्रिकी विभागामधील विद्यार्थ्यांनी विटबांधकाम व स्टॅंड वेल्डींग केले त्याच बरोबर नर्सरी व पोल्ट्री फ़ार्मचे पोल उभे केले आणि शाळेच्या पायरीचे काम केले. शाळेच्या एका रुमवर पत्रा बसविला, रुमचे रंगकाम केले आणि शाळेचे सहा बेंच दुरुस्त केले. Cost of this community service is of Rs. 2645/- and revenue of Rs. 5765/-
5) उर्जा पर्यावरण विभागात टेबल फ़ॅन ची दुरुस्ती करुन देण्यात आली. गावातील दत्त मंदीर चे वायरींग विद्यार्थ्यांनी केले. ३०६ नग LED torch तयार केल्या. शिलाइ मशिन व electricity fitting दुरुस्त केली. त्याच बरोबर इयत्ता ५ वी साठी बांधण्यात आलेल्या वर्गाची लाइट फ़ीटींग केली. खर्च रु. १७३५/- आणि विक्री कींमत रु. ३०५०/-
फ़ी : इ. ५-१० वी च्या २५ विद्यार्थ्यांनी ५०००/- रु. फ़ी जमा झाली आहे.

मुख्याध्यापक, समन्वयक व निदेशक यांच्या सोबत मागील कामाकाजा बाबत आढावा घेतला. आतापर्यंत झालेली कामे व आपण ठरवलेली कामे किती झाली त्याबाबत चर्चा केली व पुढील कामाचे नियोजन केले.
१) मिरची ची रोपे तयारकरणे त्यासाठी मिरची बी खरेदी केले. गादी वाफ़ा तयार करणे काम चालु आहे. कांदा लागवड घेण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांनी ७० किलो कांदे जमा केले व ते शेतात लावण्यात आले.
२) गावातील एका घराची लाईट फ़िटींग करणे.
३) निदेशक पुढील महीन्यात पोल्ट्रीशेड बांधून पुर्ण करणार आहे.
४) विद्यार्थ्यांची सहल बाहेरगावी जाणार आहे. तर त्यांना IBT अंतर्गत चिक्की व भडंग तयार करणार आहे.
५) शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्या व शिक्शकांचे रक्तगट तपासणी करणे.
६ ) एक इको फ़्रेन्डली Water heater तयार तयार करणे.
७) वनराई करिता ५००० रोपे तयार करुन देण्याबाबत ठरले होते त्याबाबत चर्च्या करणे.
८) झेंडू च्या फ़ुलांची विक्री करणे.
